Introduction to Textile Art 

DATE: Tuesday 26 January- 30 March
TIME: 10.30am - 12.30pm

COST: £44/ £33 con
DURATION: 10 weeks 

Learn the basics of both traditional and contemporary textile techniques. Explore the potential of working with different textures and surfaces and the fun of incorporating different colour combinations to great effect. Your textile pieces can be used in a variety of ways from embellishments to picture/card making.

Dressmaking from Patterns

DATE: Saturday 13th March 
TIME: 10am- 4pm

COST: £20

Do you love fabrics, frocks and individuality, but just can't seem to make the leap from a pattern to the finished piece? Using different patterns, materials and techniques you will learn how to create your own handmade outfits, customised and tailored exactly to your needs. 

Quaint Quilting

DATE: Saturday 10th April

TIME: 10am- 4pm

COST: £22 

Coinciding with her exhibition, Naomi will demonstrate and guide you through a multitude of quilting techniques, from the unusual to the commonplace, comparing traditional methods with more contemporary styles. You can then decide which ones you want to incorporate in making your own quilted handbag or cushion cover.
